This article proposes a generator that operates efficiently in low-pressure water streams and low-speed wind flows. The article considers it relevant not to use gearboxes and generators with excitation windings in micro hydroelectric power plants and wind power plants. The proposed generator consists of multipolar permanent magnets with a low rotation speed. To further reduce the rotation speed of the generator, counter-rotation of the rotor and stator is ensured. In order to evaluate the technical and economic indicators of the proposed generator, a computer model was created and analyzed in the Ansys Electronics Desktop program. the research work is relevant for the design and production of generators that are used to generate electricity from low-speed flows.
